Configure repair costings using estimating software, Communicate with customers and insurance companies with explanation of repair tasks, Generate a completed repair invoices.

Driver
Job role is responsible for collection and delivery of customers vehicles and courtesy vehicles, Courtesy vehicle pre customer checks, Damage reporting for customer and Courtesy vehicles, Keeping courtesy vehicles clean and roadworthy. You will need a driving license and be able to drive our Transportation Truck.

Mechanical, Electrical and Trim Technician
Job role is responsible for removing and refitting vehicle body components such as Doors, Bumpers, Glass and headlamps to allow for next stages of repair to take place, vehicles that have suspension damage will require suspension components to be renewed, to be able to drain and refill air conditioning systems, to be able carry Four Wheel Alignments checks and adjustments, be able to run vehicle diagnostic checks and diagnose faults.

Panel Technician
Job role is responsible for new panel fitment. This can range from aligning a new door or wing, to cutting and welding in a new rear wing. Panels that are damaged that don’t need replacing can be repaired, will require expertise using dent removal tools to create a repair that conforms to the manufacturer’s standard. They will need to be able to use chassis measuring tools and be able to operate chassis re-alignment tooling.

Paint Technician
Job Role is responsible for refinishing any new or repaired panels to a manufacturer’s standard. They will need to be able prepare vehicles / new panels, mask and clean, ready for paint application. They will need to follow Paint software formulations to mix vehicle paint, They will need to be able to spray different types of base coat and Lacquers in a Spray Booth, be able to finish paint process by polishing the painted panels.

Paint Preparation Technician
Job Role responsible for preparing any new or repaired panels for paint application to a manufacturers standard. They will need to be able prepare vehicles / new panels, mask and clean, ready for paint application. They will need to be able to apply Paint Primer, Joint Sealant and Anti-Stone Chip.

Polish and Valet Technician
Job role is responsible for ensuring that any paint refinishing that has taken place is at the manufacturer’s standard. This will require using a Polishing tool to remove any defects that have been produced in the Paint application process. Cleaning a vehicle consists of Hoovering, Dusting, Window cleaning and operating a Jet Washer. Once the tasks are complete some minor service checks are to be carried out to the customers vehicle.

Parts Advisor
Job role is responsible for accepting and checking new vehicle components required to carry out the vehicle repairs. They will need to enter component price data onto customer profiles, be able to return any faulty or damaged components, be able to navigate manufacturer software and identify vehicle components.

Accounts Administrator
Job role is responsible for Monthly Payroll, Paying monthly payroll by BACS into staff accounts, Calculate VAT and pay on specific dates, Enter supplier invoices onto Sage, Pay monthly Supplier invoices by BACS, Monthly Bank Reconciliations, Run Profit and loss reports on Sage, Manage Utilities.

Job role is responsible for operation of workshop, Employees Welfare, Giving out technician’s job tasks, Ensuring completed work is at the manufacturers standard, Technician performance, Delivering Manufacturer Standards, Communicating repair progress with Customer Advisors, Repair planning to complete repairs on time.
